Keeping Brick-and-Mortar Cool in a Digital World

In addition to arming our agents and their clients with cutting-edge research and tech tools, Locations embraces the enormous value of neighborhood offices.

Locations’ newly renovated Mililani office

Zoom meetings. Virtual open houses. Homes bought sight unseen. The pandemic changed the way that Realtors® do business. But, while working “in the cloud” offers convenience and flexibility, there’s still immense value in brick-and-mortar office space. That’s why Locations maintains five offices across Oahu—from our Diamond Head headquarters to Kapolei.

The physical office: Home to in-person connections

  • Services and support: With the highest staff-to-agent ratio of any brokerage on Oahu, our brick-and-mortar offices in strategic neighborhood locations give agents easy access to equipment, services and staff support.
  • Collaborative company culture: Social interactions – both planned and spontaneous – are key to creating a positive work dynamic. Many of our agents enjoy the synergy and camaraderie that only in-person interactions provide. An office also provides new agents with a comfortable and welcoming place to ask questions, get coaching, take classes and build good lead-generation habits.
  • Physical space: While many agents like working from home, some feel more productive in an office setting, away from distractions. Others simply prefer to receive face-to-face support from other agents, coaches and staff.

“There’s no replacement for a private, professional meeting room when you’re in the middle of a high-value transaction. A quick meeting at a coffee shop or a Face Time call is fine for some conversations, but when it’s time to review a million-dollar contact, I want my clients to rest easy knowing that their personal information is safe within the four walls of a Locations office.

Mililani, 95-720 Lanikuhana Avenue | 808-625-7100

Locations’ newly renovated Mililani office

Locations has had a strong presence in Mililani since the 1980s. Located in the Town Center of Mililani since the early 1990s, the office recently underwent a complete renovation to create a modern, stylish and collaborative co-working space. A fresh coat of paint and a cozy seating area for greeting clients contribute to the sophisticated-yet-warm atmosphere.

Pearlridge, 98-161 Kaonohi Street | 808-488-7700

We opened our Pearlridge office in 1979, just seven years after the opening of Pearlridge Center. Located across from Macy’s, our Pearlridge office is conveniently located for shoppers and military personnel alike. Locations also has a retail kiosk within Pearlridge Center, on the first floor, fronting Macy’s, that features new listings on a large TV screen to attract potential clients.

Kailua, 151 Hekili Street Suite 120 | 808-262-2727

Located in the heart of trendy Kailua Town, Locations’ Kailua office is home base for our large contingent of Windward agents, who enjoy a client meeting room, workstations and printers.

Locations’ Kapolei Business Office

Kapolei, 91-590 Farrington Hwy #125 | 808-690-9550 (retail) & 91-710 Farrington Hwy #120 | 808-690-9555 (office)

Locations has two offices on the West Side: A retail office in Kapolei Marketplace, between Sushi Bay and Baskin-Robbins, and a business office in Kealanani Plaza. The retail office features a TV screen with current listings to draw potential clients. Retail shift opportunities are available to Locations agents. Our second Kapolei office has workstations and a conference room to accommodate our Leeward agents.

When I’m on the road between appointments, I appreciate that I’m never far from one of our offices—I can pop in, print my documents and talk story with other Locations agents.”
