In early June 2024, we proudly unveiled our brand-new Kapolei office to a crowd of ecstatic agents and employees from Locations, Hawai’i Mortgage Group and Premier Title and Escrow. President and CEO of RESCO, Inc., Locations’ parent company, Corbett Kalama, kicked off the grand-opening festivities with brief remarks about the historical and cultural importance of Kapolei to Native Hawaiians, and offered a traditional Hawaiian blessing of the space. His remarks underscored the significance of our mission to promote homeownership and the opportunity to build generational wealth through ownership of real estate.
Just around the corner from our former office space in the Kapolei Shopping Center and conveniently located between Good Year and Sushi Bay, our new space was the vision of Locations Partner and Broker-in-Charge of the Kapolei branch Bernie Tong.
Spacious and airy, the renovated office reflects her desire for a modern, welcoming space with plenty of room for agents and clients to meet comfortably. The office features three private conference rooms, agent workspaces, a full kitchen and a waiting area for clients.
We’re delighted to expand our footprint in booming West Oahu, and we look forward to fostering a dynamic environment that excites and energizes agents and clients alike.
