Licensed since 2005, Bryan Balisacan joined Locations in 2007. Over the years, he has earned numerous distinctions within the firm, including multiple Excellence Circle, Master Circle and Platinum Society awards, as well as repeat Client Service awards.
As a Locations Partner for nearly 10 years and former sales coach, he provided valuable guidance and leadership through changing markets and served as a trusted mentor to many agents.
Prior to launching his real estate career, Bryan honed his leadership and client service skills in the hospitality industry. He holds a degree in hospitality and tourism, and advanced to Assistant Resort Manager at the Imperial Hawaii Resort in Waikiki. He later joined the Marriott Ko Olina Timeshare Resort during its opening, overseeing multiple departments and developing operational and management skills that continue to serve him well today.
Bryan entered the real estate industry after finding success as a real estate investor, an experience that provided him with important insights into the homebuying, selling and investing process. His deep understanding of Oahu’s neighborhoods, combined with his tech-savvy approach to marketing and client service, has made him one of Hawaii’s most respected agents.
