Looking for More Than a Brokerage? Start with the Culture

Every brokerage talks about culture. At Locations, we believe culture is measured by what people choose to do together.

Recently, agents and employees from across the company volunteered for the 25th annual Backpack to School Drive, a signature program of the Locations Foundation. Together, they packed 500 backpacks filled with school supplies for Oahu students, helping local keiki begin the school year prepared and ready to learn.

No one was required to be there. They showed up because giving back has long been part of who we are.

Founded in 1988, the Locations Foundation reflects our belief that being deeply connected to Hawaii means investing in the people and communities we serve. Throughout the year, agents and employees have opportunities to volunteer, support local nonprofits, and participate in initiatives that make a meaningful difference—from the Backpack to School Drive to clothing drives, community service projects, and other charitable programs.

For many of our agents, these opportunities are just as valuable as the business resources we provide. They create friendships across offices, strengthen connections with colleagues, and offer meaningful ways to give back alongside people who share a commitment to Hawaii.

Of course, agents join Locations for many reasons: collaborative leadership, innovative technology, respected marketing, professional development, and a trusted brand built over decades. But it’s our culture—how we support one another and the communities we serve—that often becomes the reason they stay.

Real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people build better futures.

If you’re looking for a brokerage where success and service go hand in hand, we’d love to start a conversation. Contact us today to share what success looks like to you.
