Locations Opens New Office in the Heart of Honolulu

Have you heard? Locations has a brand-new office in Kaka’ako! It’s the beginning of a new chapter for us—follow along as we grow into our home.

A Thoughtfully Chosen Space

At Locations, we’re always looking for ways to better serve our agents, clients and communities. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in luxury building Hokua, centrally located at 1288 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 220, Honolulu.

Our sleek new workspace is designed to provide the elevated service and comfort our agents value. Just steps from Ala Moana Beach Park and minutes from Kaka‘ako and Downtown Honolulu, our new location in the Ward area makes it easier than ever to connect with clients, other agents and developers.

We’re excited to provide our agents and clients with improved access and a welcoming space that’s strategically positioned among Hawaii’s new home construction and financial centers. It’s an office that works as hard as our agents do, allowing us to meet the expectations of today’s clients.

Hokua is conveniently located in the heart of Honolulu.

Conveniently Located

Locations clients can now enjoy the convenience of shopping for real estate and lending services under one roof—Hawaii Mortgage Group, our mortgage lender affiliate, is also located Hokua. Additionally, Locations Property Management has moved nearby, to 677 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 308, across from SALT At Our Kaka’ako, and our escrow company—Premier Title & Escrow—will be a short drive away, at 737 Bishop Street, on the 20th floor of the Mauka Tower at Pacific Guardian Center.

Clients appreciate the convenience of finding all of our services in a central location, just a short drive from one another. And our agents appreciate being in the center of it all—surrounded by Honolulu’s hottest restaurants and cafes, making business lunches and pau hana a breeze.

Locations agents Erika Peralta and Shea Suzumoto enjoy our new office during Housewarming week.

Benefits of a Brick-and-Mortar Office

From Zoom meetings to FaceTimes showings, it’s easier than ever to work anywhere, anytime. And while the cloud offers agents convenience and flexibility, we believe that real estate is still a people-first business. That’s why we’ve invested in physical offices that provide the tools, support and community agents need to succeed at the highest level.

“There’s no replacement for a private, professional meeting room when you’re in the middle of a high-value transaction. A quick meeting at a coffee shop or a FaceTime call is fine for some conversations, but when it’s time to review a million-dollar contract, I want my clients to rest easy knowing that their personal information is safe within the four walls of a Locations office.”

-Derrick Yamane, BIC and Partner
