At Locations, whether you’re an experienced agent or new to the business, you’ll never be on your own. Our team of knowledgeable, non-selling Brokers-in-Charge are available on your schedule to assist you with contract writing, risk management and dispute resolution.

Our full-time, non-selling BICs ensure that our agents follow the many rules and regulations of real estate and avoid sticky situations. They’re also available to help you structure contracts for a successful acceptance and resolve any issues that may arise during your transaction. 

Our team of skilled BICs is led by Locations Principal Broker Michelle Mossman. With more than 20 years of experience in Hawaii real estate, Michelle is an expert on real estate laws and ethics.

In addition to our full-time BICs, we also have a select group of agents who are able to act as BICs to advise their peers. Combined, these BICs have more than 200 years of real estate sales and experience.
