Our proven approach
Our training program is intended for newly licensed agents and agents with less than two years of experience.
New agent trainees receive:
- Three weeks of in-person real estate sales training
- Coaches and trainers dedicated to your success
- Classroom experience that promotes networking and face-to-face learning
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to follow-up
- Training on Locations’ many agent tools and resources
