Born and raised in Osaka, Japan, Locations Realtor and Partner Megumi Nekotani had no experience in real estate and few local ties when she joined Locations in 2003. Today, Megumi has risen to the ranks of Partner at the firm and is a highly successful agent with a large and loyal client following.

Megumi got her start at Locations as part of the sales team for Royal Garden at Waikiki and went on to sell several projects across the island for which Locations was the exclusive broker. The experience, knowledge and connections with outside brokers that she gained through working in new project sales accelerated her career so much that Megumi calls the opportunity to serve on a sales team one of the most attractive perks of working at Locations.
